What Does the Installation Charge Include?

The installation charge applies when the customer brings an existing roll-up stand. The service includes removing the old printed panel, installing the new panel, adjusting the alignment and testing the rolling mechanism.

Installation is subject to the condition, model and compatibility of the customer's stand. Repairs, replacement springs, support poles, casing components and other spare parts are not included.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Prepare your artwork according to the following specifications for the best printing results.

  • Final artwork size: 80 cm × 200 cm
  • Recommended resolution: 150–300 DPI
  • Colour mode: CMYK
  • Preferred file format: PDF
  • Other accepted formats: AI, PSD, TIFF or JPEG
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Use high-resolution images
  • Check spelling and information before submission
Keep logos, contact numbers and important information away from the bottom edge. We recommend leaving approximately 10 cm of safe space at the bottom because part of the printed panel will remain inside the roll-up mechanism.

Does the package price include the roll-up stand?
Yes. Both single-sided and double-sided package prices include printing, the roll-up stand and a carrying bag.
How does the double-sided roll-up stand work?
The double-sided stand holds two separate printed panels back-to-back. One panel is visible from the front, while the second panel is visible from the opposite direction.
Can I purchase the roll-up stand only?
Yes. A single-sided stand costs RM56, while a double-sided stand costs RM232. Printing is not included.
Can I order replacement printing only?
Yes. Single-sided replacement printing costs RM94, while double-sided replacement printing costs RM188 for two panels.
What does installation on the customer's stand mean?
The customer must bring the existing roll-up stand to us. We will remove the old printed panel, install the new panel, align it and test the rolling mechanism.
Can every old roll-up stand be reused?
Not necessarily. Installation depends on the condition, model and compatibility of the stand. A damaged stand or faulty spring mechanism may not be suitable for reuse.
Does the installation charge include stand repairs?
No. The installation charge does not include repairs or replacement parts such as springs, support poles, casing components or other accessories.
Is Roll-Up Bunting suitable for outdoor use?
Roll-Up Bunting is recommended mainly for indoor use. Outdoor wind may cause the stand to fall or become damaged.
