Booking Confirmation Policy

Submission of the booking form does not reserve a slot. The session is confirmed only after studio availability has been verified and a deposit equal to 30% of the confirmed invoice total has been received.

Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

The booking deposit is non-refundable. It will be forfeited if the customer does not attend the confirmed session or cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. One rescheduling request is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to studio availability.

You may choose between Bandar Baru Bangi HQ and Bandar Seri Putra Branch. Availability may vary according to the selected date and photoshoot package.

No. The form only submits a booking request. Our team will verify the package, studio branch, preferred date and time.

The booking is confirmed only after the required 30% deposit has been received.

A deposit of 30% of the confirmed invoice total is required.

The invoice may include the selected package, additional participants, extra poses, urgent service and other confirmed add-ons.

The deposit will be deducted from the final amount, leaving a 70% outstanding balance.

Wait for our team to verify the selected studio, date and time. The invoice and payment instructions will be sent after the requested slot is available.

The booking deposit is non-refundable.

The deposit will be forfeited if the customer:

  • Does not attend the confirmed session.
  • Fails to provide prior notice.
  • Cancels less than 48 hours before the session.
No-show or late cancellation means the full booking deposit will be considered forfeited and cannot be transferred to another booking.

Yes. Our photographer will guide your posing, facial expressions and group arrangement to help everyone look comfortable and confident.

Yes. Customers may prepare suitable outfits and personal props according to the preferred photoshoot theme. Mention any special setup request in the booking notes.

Yes. Eligible packages allow additional poses at RM25 per pose. Additional participants beyond the package limit are charged RM15 per person.

Softcopy entitlement depends on the selected package. Some packages include all session softcopies, while others include only the selected poses stated in the package.

Digital photographs will be provided through a download link. Customers should download and keep a personal backup after receiving the files.

The estimated completion period begins after the customer has completed the photo-selection process. Delays in selecting photographs may affect completion.

Yes, subject to studio and production availability. Urgent service carries an additional 30% charge.
